Trade Lead Description:
The Assets (9,214 Carats, 1,284 Pieces) are out of West Africa and in a secure location where there can be inspected by a Geologist for Clients.
1. The assets have UN1 certification
2. The Assets are provided with a Kimberly Certificate
3. The Assets will be based upon European Prices
Both Proofs can be independently verified by Clients.
What we need is the following in order for Intinital Inspection to Take place:
1. After they have seen the Manifest and they wish to continue then
2. The Must provide LOI on Buy Letter Head
3. Authorisation for Soft Probe
4. Inspection of the Assets will be at a mutual location
5. The Assets Can be inspected in a TTM
6. Funds to be transferred by TT same day as TTM
(Clients must be prepared for this transaction to be completed)
The transaction can be for Lot 1,2 or 3 or can be a combination of the three (i.e. 1+2, 2+3, 1+3 or 1,2 &3)
