Dears Sirs:
We are offering a deal of Copper Ore (malachite) with 24.5% of Cu content minimum.
This ore has an index of solubility between 15 to 20% in HCl (hydrochloric acid) and can be used for smelter, in animal feed or as micro-nutrient for use in agriculture.
Conservatively we want to manage from a minimum purity of the mine that is 24.5% of Cu content. Such purity would be demonstrated by an SGS analysis and the final Price will be adjusted as per the SGS test report.
Contract Duration: long term contract of 5 years, starting with a trial deal as follows:
Trial deal of 50,000 MT
1º Load: 25,000 MT in 60 days after the agreement
2º Load: 25,000 MT in 90 days after the agreement
Following the trial period, the parties would can engage into a 5 year contract, may be up 100,000 MT shipment per month with the First shipment after 90 days of contract signature.
