This product works by treating all metal surfaces in the engine with a 2-micron thick coating of Permafused® lubrication, which reduces friction by a significant average of 13%. The coating will remain on the surfaces even after the oil is changed, and continue to work for 100,000 miles.
It will not take an engine out of manufacturer's tolerance. This product is completely safe to use, and will in no way harm the engine or drive train of your vehicle. It will not void your manufacturer's warranty.

The product line also contains other treatments for heavy-duty commercial applications, such as Diesel tractors, farm equipment and hydraulic systems. It can also be used in aircraft, and bears FAA certification.
