Saudi Hepco GRP Pipes are filament wound,
glass fiber reinforced thermosetting resin
tubes, with or without a corrosion
resistant and fitted with a jointing system
to suit the application.
The tubes are filaments wound on a fixed
diameter and length, rotating mould or
mandrel. This process of manufacture
enables continues glass fiber to be placed
precisely at the desired angle on to the
mandrel, forming a double helix pattern to
give the finish product in desire properties.
The glass fibers are coated with or without
inert fillers that was chosen for the
application.
The inner, corrosion resistance barrier liner,
is applied by chopper spray machine to the
mandrel to the desired thickness. The liner
is allowed to become hard so that it can be
inspected before the structural part of the
laminate is applie

transport, simplicity of jointing, speed of
laying and cost effective installation have
enabled uPVC.
