SPECIFICATIONS:
ACCORDING TO BRITISH STANDARDS 12/1996 OR ASTM C-150
ORIGIN: China, Ukraine, Russia, Sellers option.
PRICE: USD$ 44.00 (FOURTY TWO US Dollars) per metric Ton, CIF ASWP.
QUANTITY: 50,000,000 Metric Tons (+/- 5%).
SHIPMENT: within 30/45 days from receipt by Sellers Bank of Operative, Irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed by a TOP 25 World Prime Bank, Revolving L/C, where the Seller will be named as First Beneficiary.
DESTINATION: ASWP
PAYMENT TERM: By a Irrevocable, Confirmed by a TOP 25 Prime World Bank, Transferable, Revolving L/C, covering the value of ONE MONTH.
PERFORMANCE BOND: 2%
