Refinery in Ghana. The second is a

Crude Oil Refinery in Nigeria. Both

approval/support. Both are
seeking funding from 'real
investors'. Before approaching my
company their owners had both
been through hoops with brokers
posing as investors and seeking
upfront retainer fees from them,
which they don't have and
