Description
HY-2055 resin is a brominated p-tert-octylphenol formaldehyde heat reactive resin, same as 1055 of foreign product. The clotting during transit and storage is decreased because of its higher softening point.
It is made on a large scale giving consistent quality between every batch.
HY-2055 is safe in use although it has a faint halogen odor. It is soluble in toluene, xylene, acetone, etc.
Application:
HY-2055 resin is a curing agent for the rubber of low unsaturation value especially IIR and EPDM. 2055 resin easily disperses and operates, having faster sulfurized speed without adding activator, simple composition and exhibit good scorch safety in IIR compound.
HY-2055 is used for bladders, bottle stopper, seals, heat-resistant gasket, roll, pressure sensitive adhesives. The referenced dosage is 1.5~8 phr.
Package and Storage:
Packaged in kraft paper sack with inner plastic bag. Net weight is 25kg for each bag. Keep indoor, drying/air good.
