NE-50 manufactured to food grade standards and designed for chilling sticky and clear liquid can chill 50L -70L of liquid food from 100°C to a safe 35°C in just one easy step of 12 minutes. Additional benefits include:
Labor saving- the machine is designed in the way that a single lady can handle from material releasing, cooling and filling, to final lifting and packing.
Modules are designed for easy installation and maintenance.
Revolutionary chilling method: the machines cool the whole pot evenly; that is, central temperature is the same as the temperature on the side, in consequence, the the quality and flavor of the liquid food will be a lot enhanced. In the meantime, grains are not destroyed during the cooling process.
All product contact areas are made either of stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316) or silica washer.
Energy saving- our largest machine cost the same power as a portable computer does. The operating cost per pail is around US$0.036.
