We have created dozens of islands and installations for preparation of profiles and the final assembly of shower cubicle for the residential sector.

For example:
Robotic Cell for Assembly Shower Box

The work island is composed of 2 sections symmetrical able to assemble the component of a door of corner shower cubicle.

The system is designed to automatically manage the size change (4 widths and 2 heights) with brushless electric axes.

The data acquisition of production parameters is run by automatic reading the bar code assigned to each batch.

The robot cell is able to manage the various thickness types of glass (or acrylic) with consequent adjustment of the dosage of silicone sealant.

The process is completed with 4 tightening stations with controlled of torque and altitude.

The production rate is 380 pcs/turn, with 1 operator.
