Waterless taphole clay mill system is constituted by clay mill, disc feeder and forming mill. Technical process instruction: First of all, fully mix, mangle and rub each kind of milling raw materials in clay mill according to allocated proportion, to make powdery raw material and tar (adhesive) be full union, and to produce waterless taphole. Then put waterless taphole to through disc feeder (it has dual function of middle storing and equality feeding) which is installed between output hole of clay mill and input hole of forming mill, to take-up un-homogeneous material flows from clay mill (taphole clay in good milling), and evenly supplies material to forming mill. The loose taphole clay of disc feeder is pressed by spiral extrusion of forming mill, the air in loose taphole clay is discharged, then discharges the dense column forming taphole clay will be produced.
