Trade Lead Description: Private Placement Platform procedure: 1. Platform requires the Face Value of an instrument in order to participate. Platform requires cash-backed instruments or actual cash (cash is deposited in investor’s bank that must be a top prime bank while funds are blocked in investor’s account). 2. If Investor does not have a required instrument, the Platform will assist in obtaining an instrument in Investor’s name. 3. The instrument can be utilized for the life of the instrument & not longer than the Platform's duration. 4. An amount less than the required 500M must be wired to the Platform. 5. Investor’s participation will be legally binding with a contract between Investor and Platform. 6. Investor receives the entire return directly every month as agreed by the Platform. 7. Investor must pay all fees due the Platform and commissions due the Intermediaries every month no later than 24 hrs after Investor receives monthly return. 8.
