The Giant White Corn is a white, very large grain, with circular flan shape and floury soft texture. Rich in proteins, starches and sugars. It is produced in the mountains hights of the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Urubamba, Cusco Peru. After the harvest, it is disinfected and then classified, calibrated and packed for export. The whole process is carried out under an adequate quality and sanitary control. Like homogenous food, fits for human consumption, is a GMO free product. It has proteins, starch, sugar and greasy matters and due that it is a very amylaceus corn, smooth, uniform and of exceptional size. In Peru it is cooked in multiple ways: stewed, toasted, in omelets, boiled, micro waved or roasted. Use like snacks, French fried, mix nuts, pop corn, etc. Sizes: Caliber NΊ 1 = 24/27 grains per ounce, Mesh 15.5 mm (no passing in 15mm) Caliber NΊ 2 = 28/32 grains per ounce, Mesh 13.5 mm (no passing in 13mm) Caliber NΊ 3 = 33/40 grains per ounce
