We have a monthly requirement of around 400 to 500MT of the following:
Alloys 3105, 3003 and 1050 (hot rolled)
Thickness 0.18 mm, 0.21 mm and 0.24 mm on Coils in various widths (530 to 610mm)
Material and Characteristics
Alloy 3105 (AlMn,5 Mg0,5)
Flat surface without any scratches, chemically degreased
Tension levelled, flat
Cut burr-free, 90° ± 0,5°
Cold milled acc. EN 515, 485, 541
Physical Data
Temper: H19, extra hard
Tensile strength Rm: > 240 MPa
Limit of elasticity: > 220 MPa
Elongation A10: > 3 %
Roughness Rz: 3,5 ΅m +/- 1 ΅m transverse mill direction
Density: approx. 2,71 Kg/dm3
Hardness acc. Brinell: > 45 HB DIN 50351
Tolerances
Gauge area: 0,15 mm to 0,24 mm
Gauge tolerance: ± 0,01 mm
Width tolerance: ± 2,0 mm
Length tolerance: ± 2,0 mm
Warp: < 1% of edge length
