Principle
It is investigated that the power consumption of hydraulic oil pump occupies over %80 of the total power consumption in injection moulding machine. The direct cause is that the running speed of oil pump motor is constant, that is to say, oil pump motor always rotates with topmost rated speed while hydraulic system of injection moulding machine is a load that has big heavy pressure and fluctuation of flow; in the process of clamping, mold-closing, injection, holding, cooling, knocking out, mold-opening, clearing material, the needed pressure and flow vary regularly. Consequently constant speed of rotation makes flow uncoordinated between oil pump and load, and waste power seriously.
