My company is presently representing about 12 importers from 6 countries of West Africa. And these impoters are looking for these products to buy on a 2years contract basis:
(1) Vegetable Oil
(2) Dairy Products
(3) Fruits and Vegetables
Please, send your price list and specification on FOB and confirm the following:
(a) Are you ready to supply these products for 2years contact?
(b) What is the quantity you can supply per month for each of the products?
(3) Can you serve the interest of 6 Countries in your shipments per month?
Please, send your answers to us as soon as possible for us to submit to the Buyer company Contract Board to send you more feedback. We want us to work together to achieve this supply contract requirement to these group of Importers under one supply contract which you will sign with them for 2years.
