Equipped with conical twin-screw extruder or parallet twin-screw extruder, YF series extrusion line can be used to extrude PVC plastic door and windows profiles, aluminum-plastic composite profiles, cross-section communication cable pipes, etc
It has stable plasticizing, high output, low sheering force, long longevity and other advantage. The extrusion line consists of conical twin-screw extruder, extrusion die, calibration unit, hauling-off unit, film covering machine and stacker.
If need the profile to foam, we will do the production line as detailed request.
