KY7031M Electrical polyester fiber non-woven is made from 100% pure polyester fiber, with high heat resistance, excellent impregnating and dielectric properties, widely used for base materials of DMD70, DMD100, reinforcement material of mica tape, base layer of insulation varnished cloth and other electrical flexible laminates and also be used for wrapping of motor coil and magnet wire & cable.
DMD100 is made of two layers of electrical polyester non-woven (PET-fleece) with one layer of polyester film, laminated with a high temperature adhesive system, 100% filled with resin, providing a smooth, varnish like surface, with good mechanical, electrical and thermal properties, and is widely used for slot, phase and liner insulation in F-class motors.
