Ultraviolet absorption dissolve a quantity of kitasamycin tartrate in alcohol to obtain a test solution containing 10μg per ml; an absorption maximum is observed at about 231nm. B. Dissolve about 10mg in 5ml of sulfuric acid; the solution is red-brown. C. Dissolve about 100mg in 5ml of alcohol, add drops of 1N sodium hydroxide; white sediment is observed. pH VALUE 3.0~5.0 LOSS ON DRYING ≤5.0% RESIDUE ON IGNITION≤0.5% POTENCY (ON DRY BASIS) ≥1100u/mg MAIN COMPONENT (HPLC) ≥70.0% Appearance] white-yellow raw material/premix/granular particle/micro-encapsulated [Indication] 1) Improves feed conversion ratio and promoting growth 2) Prevents swine from mycoplasmas pneumonia, bacterial pneumonia, atrophic rhinitis and the dysentery and enteritis caused by the spirochaeta, clostridia campylobacter coli and intracellular parasitic bacteria [Administration] mixing with feed directly, then feed the animal.
