PRODUCT APPLICATION
Nanosilver is one of most popular antimicrobial agent for contact with sensitive skin, and in case burdensome skin inflammations. It is caused by very strong antibacterial and antifungial properties of non-ionic silver colloids connected with excellent biocompatibility with skin, mucosas and other human and animal tissues. Silver exhibit strong properties in extremally low concentrations (5-25 ppm) if their particles have narrow size - below 100 nm. It provide strong, fast and long lasting antibacterial activity, and broad spectrum of applications.

Our laboratory has developed unique nanosilver-based additives for various products like cosmetics, household chemicals and other. They contain highly-active pure elementary silver with size 5-15 nm (similar to most viruses), so it is resistant for biological resistance mechanisms of microbes (hydrolytic enzymes). Elementary nanosilver is resistant for UV radiation. Nanosilver particles have strong color, and most colorless products contain harmfull salts with corrosive and irritating properties for skin and mucosa. Silver salts have also lower antimicrobial activity than nanosilver. Only pure, non-ionic silver (in nanoscale) is safe for human and animals. Nanosilver color is easy for masking with colorants. Nanosilver is stabilized with nano silica particles - excellent compatible ingrediend with ceramics raw material.

ITP-System's NanoAg 4K product contain 4000 ppm of silver nanoparticles (5-15 nm, mostly 9 nm) in concentrated form, and could be prepared in various form according to the requirements of clients.. All ingrediends are safe for human health and provide possibility to obtain self-disinfecting properties in extremally low concentrations (up to 50 ppm).

Product has innovative formulation and is prepared during eco-friendly process. Product doesn't contain any VOCs.
