HS-01 Series waterproofing coating is a high polymer waterproofing coating. According to the requirements for
durability to bridge structure under working by PDL (passenger rail lines) at the speed of 250 to 350 km/h, higher
technical requirements for polyurethane waterproofing coating would be applied, the bonding strength for PU
waterproofing coating to membrane must be more than 3.5 MPa, for PU waterproofing coating to waterproofing
coat (layer) must be more than 6.0 MPa, breaking elongation must be more 450%, application thickness is 2mm.
In general, according to Chinese Standard, the PU waterproofing coating in China market only required tensile
strength more than 2.45MPa, breaking elongation more than 450%, which far away from the requirement of
HSR (High Speed Rail).
Now, we had successfully research this kind high solid content PU waterproofing coating, this is two component
chemical reaction waterproofing coating, part A is a PU prepolymer made of polyether and –NCO, part B is a colorful
coating admixture made of reinforcer, plasticizer, thickener, coagulant etc. While making application, mix both in
required ratio, and brush onto the waterproofing substrate. It forms a strong, high elongation, rubbery and elastomeric
membrane after crossing and curing.
