Upcast plant which the full name is upward continuous casting machine for oxygen free copper rod, copper tube, and copper bar are used to produce the oxygen free copper rod, tube, bar with the diameters 8mm to 30mm,40mm-120mm*4mm-12mm,6*150-20*300 for sale or to deep process in the cable wire companies (but not limited to).

The upcast machinery are oxygen free composition, no inclusion, excellent drawability to fine wire sizes, high conductivity, excellent resistance to hydrogen embrittlement, low energy consumption, high quality and high output. It adopts the process of continuous casting, and can produce low oxygen bright copper rod of ф8mm by using the red copper. The raw material is electrolytic copper or red copper scrap. If your raw material are red copper scraps, a reflection refining furnace should be employed.

This copper rod machinery according to the ananual capacity is devided into six model,i.e. Upcast line-3000T, Upcast line-5000T, Upcast line-6000T, Upcast line-10000T, Upcast line-12000T, Upcast line-15000T.

The copper tube machine models are SYLZ-G-1000T,SYLZ-G-2000T,SYLZ-G-3000T,SYLZ-G-5000T,SYLZ-G-6000T.

The copper bar machine models are SYLZ-P-1000T,SYLZ-P-2000T,SYLZ-P-3000T,SYLZ-P-5000T,SYLZ-P-6000T.
