SpatFree 113 is a new revolutionary product which has changed welding methods. This revolutionary product is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-polluting and Silicone free – water based Anti Spatter cum flux.

SpatFree 113 benefits,
- Grinding & Chipping not required to remove spatters
- Slags are easily removed
- Cleaning cost is drastically reduced
- Dense & clean weld joint
- Gaseous & non-metallic inclusions are minimized
- Spatters removed gently – maintaining smooth parent surface
- Depth of penetration is increased
- Acts as a temporary rust preventive (hence useful in avoiding V-groove flash rusting & hence discards re-grinding of V-groove before welding)

- Non-flammable & Non-toxic - Non-polluting
- Do not contain Silicone
- paint like consistency – so easy to apply on exact required area with brush and hence to wastage and can be sprayed also.
- Very simple and easy to remove from metal surface after welding. Just wipe with wire brush.
- Brings down Noise & Air Pollution in the workshop below WHO’s limit for industry.
- The depth of penetration is increased as the heat loss from the top of the weld melt is restrained by the film, thereby conserving about 5-10% of energy.
- Can be sprayed.

The test results shows that SpatFree 113 passes tests like Bend, Tensile, Radiography X-Ray satisfactorily and in fact shows improvement in results with it's usage.
