LANATEX S. A., is located in Uruguay, South America. Since 1989 we have dedicated ourselves to the commercialization of lamb and sheepskins, uninterruptedly.
At present, our company is a leading exporter of Uruguayan skins to the most demanding markets of the world.
We buy high quality raw lamb and sheepskins (machine flayed) from selected slaughterhouses to ensure that our customers receive a consistent supply of products that matches their requirements.
We process about 1 million skins per year (70 per cent of the total of Sheepskins production of Uruguay), and are considered the most professional skins exporters of Uruguay, a country which is renowned for its excellent sheep production.
We process and export lamb and sheepskins, either in dry or drum salted preservation, suitable for the production of garments, nappa, double face, shoe lining, seat covers, etc. on very competitive prices.
