ZAO "PAMRUS Oil Company" is one of the many medium-sized companies operating in Russia's oil and gas sector. PAMRUS performs its major activities within the territory of the Russian Federation as mandate to larger oil companies and refineries for the export of crude oil and petroleum products. As of May 2004 we are mandates to OAO LUKoil, OAO Surgutneftegas, OAO GazpromNeft (formerly Sibneft), OAO Tatneft.
We handle the initial stages of negotiations with foreign companies with interest in buying crude oil and petroleum products from Russia. Upon verifying that the client is Ready, Willing and Able to buy the product under request, we transfer the client's portfolio to the export department of the relevant oil company or refinery for final negotiations and contract signing.
