Sunny Metal Tooling Co., Ltd was established in February 2012 and obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certificates in 2013. Our core business is manufacturing metal stamping dies for automotive industries.
Progressive tools, transfer tools and single stage tools (line tools) are manufactured by Sunny Metal Tooling Co., Ltd. 90% of our tools are for automotive industry. We also provide stamping tools for electrics, home appliance and hardware industries. 5 tryout mechanical presses are located in house, 150 ton, 400 ton, 500 ton, 800ton and 1000 ton. The largest table size is 4600*2000mm. And the 1000 ton press shut height ranges from 700 mm to 1200 mm. Our stamping parts thickness up to 0.3149", equal 8.0 mm.
Utilizing superior equipments and more than 120 highly skilled workers allows us to deliver high quality and cost effective toolings to our customers.
